Clara LaGuerta is a minor character and a Stranger featured in Red Dead Redemption. She appears in and gives the player the Stranger side-mission "The Wronged Woman".

BackgroundEdit

Clara has been cast out of Blackwater due to her illegitimate pregnancy. Her major concern is getting the father to help her out by giving her some money. The father is Harold Thornton, but he maintains that he's never even heard of Clara, much less fathered her child. So she weeps inside Blackwater Church, hoping that someone will come to her aid.

InteractionsEdit

Marston first meets her in Blackwater Church where she gives him her sob story. After that, he only hears about Clara from Harold's wife crying over her husband's grave. She claims to have seen Clara laughing at Thornton's funeral and refers to her as "that dock trollop", further discrediting Clara's story. In the journal, it is stated that Clara conned Marston into robbing and killing Thornton.

TriviaEdit

• If the player starts the mission as John and ends it as Jack, Clara will still be pregnant. However, due to the fact that she may have used Marston just so she could get the money from Harold, she could just be pretending.
