The Beecher's Hope Safehouse (John and Abigail's Room) is a room the player is given in the Marston Ranch House at Beecher's Hope. Note that it can only be used as a safehouse upon completing the Abigail Marston mission: "The Outlaw's Return" and then becomes unusable following the completion of Jack Marston mission: "The Last Enemy That Shall Be Destroyed".

It is the master bedroom of the Marston Ranch. It is a necessary component to achieve 100% Completion.
Layout[]
This comfortable room features a bed where the player can rest and a chest that contains ammo. This chest remains active even after the room ceases to be a save point. There is also another unusable chest, a dresser, an unusable rifle stack, and a fireplace.
Trivia[]
- Abigail can be seen sleeping in this bed at night after her mission strand has been completed.
- The player can change outfits by going to the bathroom. There is a wardrobe and a weapon locker.
- This is the only safehouse in the game where the player can sleep in the same bed with someone, as the player can sleep with Abigail.
