I have 99.5% Completion, and cannot figure out what I'm missing. I have: Discovered 94 Areas Completed 57 Missions Cleared 8 Gang Hideouts 13 Player Outfits 13 Player Houses 5 Rare Weapons 5 Job Locations Completed Met 19 Strangers (And completed 18 stranger tasks) Won 6 Different Minigames 8 New Austin Bounties 8 Nuevo Paraiso Bounties 4 West Elizabeth Bounties

This question comes up a lot. Please check my response to this earlier post to see if it helps. There are a few other posts listed under the Help desk forum about 99.5% or 99.6% completion that may also help. Unfortunately, the exact answer may be different for each situation, so it's tough to diagnose remotely.
