Hey Guys,

So what, as the title says, are peoples expectations of the multiplayer? Do you reckon its too overly complex to succeed or will it topple modern warefare 2 from its slot? J.M. Gatling 19:34, April 15, 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure how it'll stand against other games out there, but it definitely will be an epic game with epic multiplayer. Josrence44 01:29, April 17, 2010 (UTC)

MW2 Is heavily overrated in my opinion, There are alot of games better online than mw2, on-topic I think the multiplayer will be awesome with everything in singleplayer also accesible in Free-roam it makes for some mini-Online role playing game.

Anyway if you have anything to add too this wikia please contribute --WugHD2.0 18:06, April 19, 2010 (UTC)

Pretty much a mix of GTA IV, the RDR solo free roam, and lots of cool game modes. And epic showdowns.

I agree with your statement that MW2's multiplayer is heavily overrated, but...i believe, quite a few gamers become accustomed to online gameplay, such as MW2, and as a result, as with anything you feel comfortable with, don't bother to step outside of those comfort zones. And yeah EPIC showdowns indeed! --J.M. Gatling 18:53, April 19, 2010 (UTC)

I think that RDR's single player will be better than the online play. MW2 is a game meant for online play. The storyline is short, which leaves room for the multiplayer aspects of the game. And does anyone know if the aiming system is lock-on? --User: RDR4ME 15:19, April 20, 2010

Personally, I was absolutely thrilled by the utility and chaos of GTAIV's multiplayer. Red Dead Redemption, I think, will be that and much, much more. I'm not even going to get started on MW2, either - might makes myself some enemies in the process. Anyways, RDR4ME, concerning the aiming system, there will be three distinct levels of autoaim in single-player and still unsure of how it will be reflected in multiplayer. I don't think we have a page on it yet, but reading through media articles, the developers say that the level of difficult will range from nearly full auto-aim, to snap-to-target, and complete free-aim. Hope that sheds some light on the issue -- Tiktaalik 11:50, April 20, 2010 (UTC)

We already have an article about difficulty settings, and it looks like the middle difficulty is the one used in GTA IV. -- TeslaRaptor | User | Talk | 12:03, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
