Freak Show is a mission in Red Dead Revolver.

StoryEdit

Jack Swift enters a deserted Widow's Patch looking for Professor Perry. As he wanders the streets, he finds a young woman tied to the water tower, and as he is about to free her a knife suddenly smacks into the post beside him. Turning around, he is confronted by members of Perry's circus crew, and must eliminate them before confronting Perry himself.

WalkthroughEdit

To complete the mission, the player must:

• Kill Clyde Slade, Lightning LaRouche and the rest of the outlaws.
• Kill Perry.

Mission DetailsEdit

Once the player assumes control of Jack, Slade's health bar appears at the top of the screen, and the player must attempt to kill him along with the Fidgits that attack from the surrounding buildings. Once Slade's health depletes by about half, Lightning LaRouche will appear and join the fight. The player will now have two bosses to fight, in addition to their henchmen. It is important to watch Katie's health bar, as Slade in particular will focus most of his efforts on killing her, and if her health empties completely the mission will be failed.

Once LaRouche and Slade are dead, Perry will appear on top of the water tower. After drinking some of his elixer, he will disappear before Jack has a chance to shoot him.

After the cutscene ends, two more health bars will appear in addition to Katie's; Atlas' and Perry's. More henchmen will also show up, including Asada. While they may pose a threat to Jack, it is not required to kill all of them, and so the player should try to concentrate most of their firepower on taking out Perry, who will continue to disappear and reappear on top of various buildings, regenerating his health with the elixer.

After a few short scenes showing Perry drinking the potion, he will notice that he has run out, and will now act more aggressively towards Jack. When the player finally manages to deplete all of his health, he will fall to the ground dead, and a cutscene will play showing Katie thanking Jack for his help and telling him about the upcoming Battle Royale in Brimstone.
