Noshir Dalal is an actor of Japanese and Parsi descent who was born on August 15, 1978 in Rochester, New York, USA. He is best known for his work on Call of Duty: Black Ops III, S.W.A.T., and, most recently, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Spider-Man 2.

Within the Red Dead series, Dalal was cast as the voice and motion-capture actor for Charles Smith, a seasoned tracker in the Van der Linde gang of Native American and African American descent, serving as a major character in Red Dead Redemption 2.
