In Undead Nightmare, he is one of the missing souls to be located in the "Missing Persons" Side-missions. He is found at Torquemada and needs to be returned to El Presidio. Ramon can also be found defending the town of Chuparosa, he can also be found at El Presidio.

- His poster lists him as a "Dear Father", indicating that he has one or more children.
- In one of his comments, he mentions Perdido. He may possibly be from there.
- If the player has cleansed Torquemada, the civilians will still be attempting to shoot the Undead surrounding the area where he (Ramon) is.
