The Scarlet Lady has raised many questions since before the release of the game, known only as the Scarlet Lady, or simply named the Cover Girl, with the only information available about her being that she is a waitress at the Armadillo Saloon.
InteractionsEdit
There is no interaction with the player, and it is likely that she isn't even in the game at all, but simply used for promotional purposes. This is common feature at Rockstar Games, with similar cover girls used for GTA Vice City as well as Lola Del Rio in GTA IV.
