Details of my experience[]
Earned this trophy today. For reference, my bounty was $1946 at the end (and was somewhere in the $1800 - $1900 range when the group of Marshals started to chase me). The previous posse came after me at about $1400 and did not consist of Marshals. I was at max fame, slightly positive honor, and wearing a bandana at the time.

Finally got this trophy tonight after trying forever! Got my bounty to about $2500 in Armadillo then fast traveled to Blackwater, when I got there the law was after me, I headed west out of town and a few seconds later "ding" there's the trophy. The weird thing is I never got the message saying that the US Marshalls were after me. April 20 2012. PSN steelcokroachX
