That would be the bomb. Some dude walks up to you in the bar and says "I'll be you can't down 5 shots and throw your knife into that barrel out front." And you down your 5 shots, the screen gets all blurry, your controller stops working, you walk outside and accidentally throw your knife at your own horse cuz you can't aim.
Yep, that'd be badass. And Rockstar could even say they were trying to teach kids the evil of drink. You know, cuz your horse would run away, or some dude might kill you for missing the barrel and hitting him.
