Victor is a member of the Federales.
InteractionsEdit
Victor can most often be found in Chuparosa, outside the Mayor's Office. However, if Marston has a bounty, Victor will track him to multiple locations throughout Nuevo Paraiso.
He can also be encountered during the "It Might Help If You Aim" random event, in which he is chasing a criminal alongside with Mel Thaxton. The player has the option of shooting Victor and his companion and rescuing the criminal, or shooting the criminal. Doing so will result in Victor thanking the player and walking off.
