William Treadwell

William Treadwell is a minor character featured in Red Dead Revolver.

History[]

Background[]

William Treadwell grew up in an orphanage, watched over by Father Callahan. Callahan could not cope with William's behavior and sent him to live with Father Treadwell. Callahan noted that William had taken to drinking large quantities of whiskey and that he became violent when doing so.

According to Sheriff Bartlett, Whiskey never reached Father Treadwell and instead joined up with Ugly Chris when he jumped off the train at the Widow's Patch station.

Despite potentially never having even met Father Treadwell, William's character in Showdown Mode is labeled as "'Whiskey' Treadwell" however this is most likely coincidental.

Events of Red Dead Revolver[]

During the mission Ugly Streetfight, a shootout breaks out in Widow's Patch. After some of the Ugly Gang are dispatched, Whiskey exits the saloon and challenges Red Harlow to a duel, resulting in his death. This is the player's introduction to dueling.
